Contractor's All Risks policy covers construction projects for buildings and civil engineering projects. The latter would include dams, roads, airports, railways, water supply systems, drainage systems and hydro projects. It covers contract works, contractor’s plant and machinery plus materials on site including liability insurance for third party bodily injury and property damage arising out of operations.

Coverage Benefits

  1. Covered parties include the project owner, general contractor, subcontractors, and in some cases suppliers of materials and equipment
